Providing sales and marketing strategies as well as various internal and external business communication programs for years, I bring vast experience and expertise in various areas of advertising, sales promotion, and collateral material; technical, scientific, and clinical communications; business and brand identity programs; public, professional, and patient relations; training and educational programs; websites and social media; tradeshows, meetings, presentations, and events; broadcast, corporate and crisis communications; and communications for organizational development and change.

As a communication specialist, I continue to contribute to the growth and development of many organizations and their brands, nationally and internationally, in various industries including healthcare, life sciences, and pharmaceutical products, information technology, telecommunications, financial and insurance industries, consumer goods and services, professional consulting services, manufacturing, education, professional institutes and associations, waste management and environment, and the publishing industry.
Having worked on both Madison Avenue and Medicine Avenue, I have corporate experience with advertising agencies, communication and media companies, education and design firms, video and broadcast production companies, publishers and PR firms in the greater New York and Philadelphia metropolitan areas.
I have written, designed, and published numerous white papers, scientific monographs, educational programs, business process techniques, surgical training programs, clinical poster sessions, films and documentaries, a three-volume orthopedic nursing guide, and patient therapeutic and preventative compliance programs. In addition, I am a speaker and author on various topics of communication and creativity, marketing and branding, image and identity, and the psychology of visual perception.
I did undergraduate work in fine arts at Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, the foundation program for interior design at New York School for Interior Design, Manhattan, and the visual arts program at Kean University, Union, NJ, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts along with additional work at Parsons School of Design, The New School, and the School of Visual Arts, in Manhattan, for illustration, design, printmaking, advertising, and copywriting. I attended Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, for business marketing earning an MA and did graduate work with Professor Sophie Wall Onton - Parsons School of Design, Bennett, and Art Students League of New York - for illustration and the psychology of visual perception.
Of note, I established the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Warren County, NJ, a non-profit organization serving the needs of homeless families and children in Northwest Jersey, and as part of that incorporation, Family Promise, a non-profit family support organization designed to empower families and communities. In addition, I worked with GriefShare as a facilitator and The Compassionate Friends in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for grieving parents, grandparents, and siblings. What's more, I also worked with parents of special needs children having created, developed, and served as moderator for the Caring for Kids Conferences in metro New York and having served two years as the Annual Chairman for March of Dimes in New Jersey for March for Babies events. Finally, I was also certified as facilitator for the CDC National Diabetes Prevention Program. but I am no longer active in this role and others in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Currently, I am a communications and marketing consultant in Southwest Florida serving clients in travel and hospitality, health care, information technology, and music and entertainment. I also provide marketing strategy and communications for a science and history museum and design and develop their exhibits.
